So, what is going on?
Since its inception, Powerchex has always gone from strength to strength. From our beginnings in September 2005, with just two staff members and one desk, to landing our first major client in 2006, one of the largest insurance companies in the world, to our current situation with 61 staff and more than 400 financial clients around the world. Regardless of size, we continue to measure our success on your satisfaction.
In 2008, Powerchex began working with global employment screening provider, HireRight, helping to screen candidates with UK backgrounds on behalf of their clients. HireRight selected Powerchex because of our screening expertise in the financial services sector and because they felt we reflected their vision of what exceptional quality and customer service really means.
We are delighted to announce a more formal relationship, as we are now part of the HireRight family. We expect this exciting combination to open up a world of possibilities for our valued clients, in the form of new capabilities, services, and solutions to address just about any screening need. It will also present new opportunities for learning and career growth for Powerchex employees.

They recognise the need for an integrated workflow and secure data transfer during the recruitment process and work closely with industry recruiting and talent management partners to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. HireRight currently offers integrations with human resources platforms from Oracle, Taleo, Kenexa, SAP and many more.

The Powerchex/HireRight Relationship
The relationship with HireRight is expected to deliver positive benefits to customers with little change to how Powerchex operates. Powerchex will continue to operate as it has, servicing clients from our office in London. Background reports will continue to be processed by the same team in the London office, and the Powerchex management team will remain intact, with Alexandra Kelly as managing director.
In short, Powerchex will continue to focus on serving its clients' pre-employment screening needs well, but now, with the support and guidance of a highly experienced industry leader. This means Powerchex can offer customers expanded expertise and solution options without having to compromise the values that have made the business successful.
